The Wales Pension Partnership (WPP) has total assets worth £25bn (as at 31 March 2024) of which £18.5bn (74%) has already been pooled. The majority of the pooled liquid assets sit within the sub funds below, the passive investments (£5.2bn) are effectively within the pool but are held by the respective WPP authorities in the form of insurance policies.
The WPP has launched the Private Debt, Infrastructure and Private Equity Investment programmes, with the Real Estate Investment programmes due to be launched in 2024/25.
